Finished reading this book a couple days ago. It’s the typical girl group/knitting/relationship chick lit novel, but I really enjoyed it. It makes me desperate to find some kind of girl group for myself, one that’s constant and disgustingly loyal. I wouldn’t mind getting back into knitting, either.

The one regret from my NYC trip was not being there on a Monday night for drag queen bingo. Definitely on the list for next time.

Back in my hometown. I’m never happy on 4th of July and I’ve never quite figured out why. Same with New Year’s Eve. Like a semi-annual self evaluation I always fail. Better to stick with my mom and dad on nights I feel this way. They never let me down.
